  A professional accountant and Fellow of the Certified Chartered Accountant of England, Mr. Sankey worked with Akinola Williams & Co.,Chartered Accountants & Auditors for over fifteen years. He later commenced a successful private business supplying medical and enviromental equipments and accessories for World Bank Projects in Nigeria. He is quite vast in capital market activities and is a familiar face at the Annual General Meeting of many highly capitalized quoted firms.     Ebiere Helen Fumudoh (Mrs) B.sc., MBA (Mgt), ACIS, ACPIN    
    A Chartered Stockbroker, Associate Member of the Pension Institute of Nigeria and Dealing Clerk of the Nigeria Stock Exchange, Mrs. Fumudoh possesses execellent management, sales and marketing background with strong interpersonal skills,acquired in the course of nearly twenty years working life in managerial positions in a Conglomerate(SCOA Nig.Plc) and three Stockbrokerage Firms - City - Code Trust, IMB Morgan and Falcon Securities Ltd.     Chief Saleh Andrew Idakwo B.A., M.A., D.L.(Hon)      
    Director of Pensions , Office of the Head of Service, and Federal Civil Service of Nigeria before his retirement in December 2004 after over thirty years of meritorous public service both at State and Federal Levels.     Mrs. Chimezie Emelobe      
    A graduate of Accountancy, Mrs. Emelobe has over fifteen years experience in private business management. She was one time Executive Director of Stantech Nig. Ltd, an Oil-Service Company and at present serves in the same capacity with Corinthians Arts Gallery, a new-generation furniture company with showrooms on Broad Street Lagos and Portharcourt.     Mr. Akin Ogunbiyi - B.sc. , MBA, ACII.      
    A fraduate of Agircultural Economics from University of Ife,now Obafemi Awolowo University , IIe-Ife, Nigeria. He is also alumnus of the famous International Graduate School of Management,University of Navarra (IESE), Barcelona,Spain where he took an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration. In addition, he is an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
An Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute , London, he did not only complete his membership examination in record time, he has the rare honor of securing the highest number of distinctions in the professional examinations at two sittings.
He has his Insurance training in NICON from where he moved to start the Finance & Insurance & Expert Limited a multi-Director/Chief Executive. He is currently the Group Managing Director/CEO of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc.     Mr. Soye Olatunji (B.Engr. , MBA , ACA)      
    He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from University of Benin and Lagos respectively. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He has over twenty years cumulative experiences in audit and tax consultancy, accounting and general managemnet. He was erstwhile General Manager, Best Oils Limited,Ibadan,Oyo State and Finance Director, Vitamalt Plc, Agbara,Ogun State.
He joined Ventures & Trust Limited (V&T) as Managing Associate and Chief Financial Officer in 2003. He disengaged from V&T in 2006 to pursue the development of his entrepreneurial skills.
He has broad based, hands-on knowledge in business restructuring, private equity transactions and strategic management.

    Mr. Fred Onyebigwa - B.sc., ACCA.      
    Fred is a graduate of Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin and also a chartered accountant (ACCA). He has experiences spanning various industries and sectors such as investment banking, distribution and logistics, information and communication technology etc. He has worked in Goldman Asset Management Limited, an investment banking outfit where he headed the Structured Finance/Securities Trading Units. Under Structured Finance , he was responsible for the issue of several Eurobonds by quoted Nigerian Companies including JPY 2.5 billion 2027 Eurobond issued by Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc in 2007.
Priort to working at Goldman Assets , he was a senior consultant with BMC Consultants Limited; Analyst/Trader with Golden Opotions Limited and GM with Principal Capital Limited (a venture capital outfit). Fred actively trades in the local market as well as the international market. He is vastly experienced in derivatives, especially Options which he trades on the American options exchanges. He is the Executive Director, Business Development of TFS.
